Our commitment to environmentally sustainable events

Our Grand Events Fairmont Monte Carlo service is committed to constantly improving the sustainability of our events.

We work with local French products from environmentally committed producers, and implement a supplier’s charter, a guarantee of good social and environmental conduct. The hotel also participates in the Mr Goodfish program to protect fish stocks.

Our menus offer vegetarian or vegan alternatives to respect the requirements of our guests and encourage healthier and more responsible choices. Eliminating single-use plastics is also one of our objectives, and we take care to sort and recycle waste, just as we work to eliminate food waste.
